Step 1: Introduction and Criteria
Thank you for taking the time to apply as a visitor for
Meetings Africa 2025. The following form should take less than 10
minutes to complete.
The South Africa National Convention Bureau (SANCB) and organisers reserve the right to request additional information before application approval and reserve the right to decline the application should the information supplied not fit the criteria.
Sales and canvassing by visitors is strictly prohibited at Meetings Africa. This would apply to companies that would normally exhibit at a trade show but rather apply as a visitor.
Please note that roaming exhibitors will not be approved or given access to the event unless a prior arrangement has been made with the Meetings Africa organising team.
Promotional material may not be distributed at the event except by the event sponsors and exhibitors at their own stand, unless prior approval by the event organisers is granted. Visitors violating this policy will be asked to leave the event with immediate effect.
Should you not complete your application sufficiently on the first attempt, you will have 10 working days to complete your details before your application is deleted. In this case, please use the link in your Application Incomplete Reminder e-mail to access your incomplete application.
Any visitor application submitted from 14 February 2025 will be charged an accreditation fee of R 205.00 INCL VAT. All online registrations need to be completed by 21 February 2025.
Please note that general visitors to Meetings Africa 2025 will not form part of the Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) System, but will gain general access to the event.
Online applications will officially close on 21 February 2025.
South African Tourism reserves the right of admission.
