Thank you for applying to attend Meetings Africa 2025 as a Media delegate. Completing this form should take less than ten minutes.

To ensure all accredited media get the most value from the event, South African Tourism carefully reviews each application before granting approval. You will receive a notification regarding your application status within five working days of submission.

Kindly note that media approvals will be prioritised for individuals actively contributing to newsrooms or maintaining relevant, credible, and regularly updated media and content channels with a substantial following and readership. We are specifically seeking writers, contributors, and journalists currently engaged in reputable and credible content-publishing platforms. Individuals who previously worked in media but are no longer publishing material or actively engaged will not be approved for media accreditation.

Should you not complete your application sufficiently on the first attempt, you will be granted ten working days to complete your details before your application is deleted. In this case, please use the link in your "Application Incomplete Reminder" e-mail to access your incomplete application.
